Jim Rader's Web site www.rader.org |

Who is in my file ? The pages are in order by first name divided into three groups so that the web will run faster This section is a special index of all people with names which sound like Rader/Reeder/Roeder/etc. It is here to help you find your ancestors and determine which line they are in ! As you know, the early writing was not very good. It was not very consistent either. Your ancestor will appear in the records with various spellings of both the first and the last names! This series of pages is designed to help you though that problem. I have extracted all of the people with names which might sound like rader. I have then sorted them by first name. Finally I separated them into reasonable sized files of 200 or so people. The 6,000 people listed here constitute about 30% of all who bore this name in the history of this country. Once you find your ancestor note the volume and page number. Then go to the pages which describe the 5 books "by jim" and find the page in the appropriate volume. This will tell you who your immigrant ancestor is and you can purchase the book if you want more details. |
