I used legacy to create the book in RTF file format, edited it in Microsoft word. Created the cover from graphics I already had !  The project took several hours

I also experimented with Legacy to PDF during that time If you use PDF your upload will not loose the pictures or make sure they are in the same folder

What file size should my book be?
  To insure complete book file upload, we recommend that you keep your book file between 25 and 40 MB.
  We recommend that you save your jpg file at 12” x 15” and at 180 dpi.
  Large book files may not upload over dial-up Internet access.
  If upload of a large book file fails, reduce the number of pages or photos in the book.
 If upload of a large book file fails, and the jpg images were saved at 300 dpi or higher, reduce the size of the jpg images to 180 dpi. Each page is 12-inches high and 16-inches wide.
