She was born in Mutterstadt in the Palatinate 24 Mar 1720 and in 1724 came to this country with her mother. In 1737 she married Johann Heinrich KNAUS, and had four sons of whom Johann Michael KNAUS is still living (not know when this was written) Her first husband died in 1761 and in 1762 she married Christoph WEISER. (2) 1778 Anna AIRY d/o Gotlive AIRY [Anthony RADER qualified April 25, 1778, as a member of the first Rockingham County Court; and about one month later he qualified for a captaincy in the County militia. According to the record of the settlement of Gotlive AIREY's (AREY's) estate in 1781, Anthony RADER was his son-in-law. He was commissioned sheriff of the county in 1787, but he could not qualify. Sept. 25 of that year he came into court and made oath he could not obtain the necessary security. He was listed in 1792 in Captain Ezekiel HARRISON's militia company for tax purposes with nine horses and two sons; John, age 21; and Alexander, aged 16. Airport in Montague at 10:04 a.m. on a search for marijuana plantations. Making nation wide news when the plane disappeared and finally found three days later. It had been shot down. 38 planes and 200 ground searchers were enlisted. Surviving him is his wife Jeanne and two sons John Michael and Matthew Cole and his parents Gene and Suzanne BRECEDA.
