Approximately 25 km (highway) from Hotzenplotz straight to the east, we reach in Poland, the village Kostenthal (Gościęcin), the (provisional) easternmost station in the chain of old-Rotter nests on both sides of today's Czech-Polish border. Kostenthal is a German language Polish language island in the middle area  established 1225

Czech border at Kunzendorf on the Polish and Bartels village on the Czech side.  With Bartels Village (Bartultovice) we have a land line is reached, both the general history is of particular interest, as well as in our own family history a very special ranking: The Moravian enclave within Hotzenplotz Silesia, also known as "Hotzenplotz Ländchen" or "landscape Hotzenplotz ".
