He (Caspar Roeder) married Regina Gerhardt Rader, Born, 1746, in Germany or PA.

Died, 31 Oct 1816, in VA. daughter of John Conrad Gerhardt, 12 May 1763, in Bethel Township, Lancaster Co, PA.

Casper and Regina were married in the Bethel Township of Lancaster  County, Pennsylvania by the Reverend John Casper Stover (See "Early Lutheran  Baptisms and Marriages in Southern Pennsylvania"   The same record states that Casper Rader and Regina Gerhardt sponsored a child  born to George and Magdalena Sedelmeyer in Bethel on March 17, 1762.

    Conrad Gerhart         THIS INDENTURE made 15 March 1775 between Conrad Gerhard of  to the Township of Bethel in the County of Lancaster and Province of Casper Reeder Pennsylvania. yeoman ofone part and Caspar Reeder of the county of Lancaster  a foresaid of the other part 350 pounds for 160 acresland bounded  by  George Felty George Seidelmeyer Geo. Gebhard (formerly Caspar Heisslars) John Adam Gerhart, Joseph Hoff and Henry Miller
    Warrant 10 Oct 1758 to Caspar Heissler conveyed 17 May 1765 to Geroge Jell George Zell and wife Mary sold to Conrad Gerhart

     Brown connection Hanover twp., Lancaster Co., PA his daughter is married to a Christopher Brown.  Casper went to Wytheville at the same time as Browns.  A John Brown had land near Casper. 

    Christopher Brown (1751-July 1816) and wife Marie Mason (1754-May 1822) had a son Christopher (Nov 1774-Sept 1850) who married Anna Maria Rader (b July 1778- Dec 1849).

    In 1785 his daughter Mary wife of Christopher Brown, signed a release of "Brown" land in Hanover Township, Lancaster Co., PA.

15 April 1791 Gasper Rheder and Rachel his wife of the County of Wythe sold the above land to Leonard Fisher for 477 pounds of Pennsylvania money.  note the purchase and the sale were recorded at the same time!  This deed has his name as follows:

Casper Reader,  Gasper Rheder and Rachel his wife of the County of Wythe,  Gasper Rhider & Rachel his wife, Casper Reader signed and Rachel Reader made her mark, Casper Ridder and Rechel his wife
